We want you to love your purchase from Salt & Ash Market! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

General Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale and discounted items
Seasonal or holiday-specific items
Soap, lotion, oils, and all bath and body products

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at saltandashmarket@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Help Us Bring Our New Storefront to Life!

We're so excited to share that we’re moving into a new, bigger space near the end of 2024, and we need your help to make it the best it can be. Up until this point we've gotten by with DIY fixtures, lots of thrifted displays, and tons of scraping by. To build out our dream shop, we’re raising $5,000 in the next two weeks for some key purchases, including:

A beautiful new cash wrap
Stylish lighting fixtures
Furniture for cozy lounging
Upgraded storage for all our bath and body goodies

This new location will help us serve you better and offer even more space for workshops, events, and pampering! We have so many fun plans and pop ups beginning as early as December, and we'd love to ease the rough transition of moving in November by raising some funds from our community!
