General Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and discounted items
- Seasonal or holiday-specific items
- Soap, lotion, oils, and all bath and body products
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at saltandashmarket@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
